Can I buy only part of the package?

Absolutely. The package is modular — take just the apartment, or add only the ski pass, equipment rental or transfers. Buying the full package together gets you a better rate than piecing it apart.

Are there Shabbat-observant packages?

Yes. We offer Wednesday-to-Wednesday packages designed for Shabbat observance, with El Al flights and schedules aligned with Shabbat entry and exit. Some apartments also come with a kosher kitchen for an additional fee.

Are there Hebrew-speaking instructors?

We work with certified ski and snowboard instructors who speak Hebrew in both Val Thorens and Les Menuires. Beginners or advanced, solo or groups — just ask us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it.

How do I buy a ski pass?

The easiest way — through us. We order the ski pass in advance (Val Thorens only or full 3 Vallées) and it's waiting for you in your apartment on check-in day. You can also buy on the resort's official site or at ticket desks — but expect queues.

Where do I park?

Val Thorens has several paid car parks (P0, P1, P2, P3) across the village. We recommend booking parking ahead during peak season. Our ski-in ski-out apartments come with either a parking spot or access instructions at check-in.

What does "ski-in ski-out" mean?

The apartment is just a few metres from the slope — clip on your skis at the door, glide straight to the lift, and at the end of the day ski right back home. No buses, no lugging gear.

How does payment work?

Each guest in the group pays for their own package — credit card, Apple Pay, Bit or bank transfer. The lead booker receives personal payment links and shares them with each member of the group.

What if there's no snow?

Val Thorens is the highest village in Europe (2,300 m) with statistically guaranteed snow from early December to late May, backed by 2,000 snow cannons across the resort. Les Menuires (1,800 m) has similar coverage.
